Product Introduction

HVSP series vertical long shaft pump is a series of advanced and mature products, which is developed on the basis of absorbing the advanced design and manufacturing experience at home and abroad and combining with the market demand. Conveying clean water and sewage, corrosive industrial wastewater and seawater containing certain solid particles (such as iron filings, sand particles, pulverized coal, etc.); The temperature of conveying liquid shall not exceed 80℃. It is widely used in primary water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant, metallurgical iron and steel industry (especially in this industry cyclone basin conveying iron oxide scale), power plant, mine, municipal engineering and farmland water conservancy engineering.

Structure Characteristics

● Optimized design with hydraulic design software, superior performance, and fully considered the abrasion resistance of the impeller and guide blade, greatly improving the service life of the impeller and other vulnerable parts;Product operation is stable, safe and reliable, high efficiency and energy saving.

● The water pump inlet is equipped with a filter screen, the size of the hole is appropriate, not only effectively prevent large particle impurities into the pump damage pump, and ensure that the net inlet area is more than 3.5 times of the area of the water pipe section, to minimize the import loss, improve the efficiency of the water pump.

● The impeller uses the balance hole to balance the axial force, the front and rear cover plate of the impeller are equipped with replaceable seal ring, protect the impeller and pump body.The seal ring adopts a special weir structure, which can effectively prevent the oxidation sheet or other impurities from sinking to the seal ring clearance inlet after the pump stops, which greatly improves the service life of the seal ring and impeller.

● The intermediate shaft of the pump, the hoisting pipe and the protecting pipe are many sections. The middle and indirect shaft adopts the patented technology of quintuple coupling, and the radial coaxiality is increased by ten times compared with other coupling methods, and the vibration of the whole machine is reduced by more than 70%.The number of hoisting water pipes can be increased or decreased according to the user's needs to adapt to different depths under the liquid.Impeller, guide vane body can be multi - stage, adapt to different head requirements.

● The residual axial force of the pump and the weight of the rotor parts shall be borne by the thrust bearing in the motor seat or by the motor with thrust bearing.Thrust bearings are lubricated with thin oil and cooled with external water.The thrust bearing can be embedded with temperature control elements.

● The shaft seal of the pump is a packing seal, and the shaft seal and guide bearing are equipped with replaceable shaft sleeve to protect the shaft.The axial position of the impeller is adjusted by the adjusting nut in the upper end of the bearing part or the pump coupling, which is very convenient.
